I have another little recipe that Hubs and I made!
Can't be Assed Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 tin of tomato pasta sauce
- 1/2 tin of Diced or whole tomatoes
- Crushed Garlic, amount to taste
- 2 table spoons Sour Cream (Or more, to taste)
- Generic Spices you wish to add
- One packet of Fettachini Noodle
- Half a brown onion, finely chopped.
- Meat of Choice (Bacon, chicken Bacon and shredded chicken works amazingly)
- Boil and salt the water for the Pasta
- In a large pan(We have our cast iron for it), pour in pasta sauce and bring to soft boil.
- Add the diced/whole tinned tomatoes, crushed garlic, sour cream, spices and onion into the sauce.
- Cook it through til its boiling. Then add in meat of choice.
- When water is boiling, put pasta into the water to cook.
- Once pasta is cooked and strained, add into the rest of the mix, toss it through and leave on heat for a little bit, serve in bowl with shredded cheese on top.
