Single post in sempiternal [free to use templates]

I'm thinking about making a shop, and I happened to come across this thread when looking for templates to use, and I think I may use the zorua one :D To clarify though, for the templates I can add tables and stuff to them right? And maybe even remove any progress bars if I don't need them? Sorry I've never done this before and just wanna make sure I don't do anything that would cause issues :')
