So, for dragon gems I don't do 1:1 trading, but rather 2:1 (two dragon gems for each normal gem) so for 15 medium dragon gems I will be needing 30 medium normal (or fairy gems, or any combination of the two). I could do 7 medium and 5 small for your 15 medium normals though ^^
