Single post in Delta update proposal [vote!]

Overall I'm a big fan of these updates. The only one I'm hesitant about is number 5. If 5 were implemented though, I don't think there should be any cost to converting DP to an item because then it wouldn't like boxes or gems where you can trade the smaller denominations still. It'd be a cost just because you want to trade the DP which I don't think would be fair. I'm fine with the fee/decay (preferably fee) though if 5 isn't implemented though because then it's really just a convenience fee like the boxes/gems.
