All you need to do is go to your Fields page and drag and drop them into your party ^^ Alternatively you can click the 3 bars in the bottom right corner of your Field view, and use the Move Pokemon option, or you can go to a Pokemon's summary and use the Send to Field option to do the same thing. ^^
