Bounsweet is a monogender meaning you have to have another species to breed with it. Male Bellsprout or formantis are the max % you can get at 85%. Also what horse are you talking about?

The only way to know is to hatch a Maravol and Scatterbug (and evolve it to Vivillion). Sadly there is no way to know ahead of time, it's a surprise! Currently there are 21 patterns of maravol and 20 patterns of Vivillion I believe. If you want to see all the colors there are directories of both further down the guide section ^^
