The cost to Delta an egg is the number of DP it gives as a shiny times 5. So, a shiny Magikarp would give 1 DP, so to Delta a Magikarp egg, it would cost 5DP. A shiny Pichu gives 2DP, so it would cost 10DP to Delta its egg; so on and so forth. Hope this helps ^^
