Don't worry, it's not a silly question! Delta point prices are based on how many delta points the Pokemon would provide - 10gp per delta point. I know it's quite complicated, so to make it easier, I'm sorting Pokemon by price! I've sorted all the Kanto pokemon by price, only seven more regions to go...
