Fun fact: Niet actually called that people would guess that. It's not a decoration. Uhhh... How to explain. Uhm. It's a Witch, right? Yeah. That's totally it. Witches cast magics and... Shrink things and stuff. I guess. But also, seriously like - Weedle. 1 foot tall. I have my personal doubts. There's a part of me that looks at the sizes we're given for some things and... "Really...? Pokémon, are you sure?" But - I mean hey, who am I to judge I suppose, right? :p Some things just are the way they are and trying to apply too much logic is detrimental to your experience. Hence why I've given up. Witches, anyone? xD
