It depends, honestly. Sometimes, I'll make a completely new character, and sometimes I re-use OC's. Like Twila (my PFP). I use her a lot in Private Roleplays. I use my other main OC for Public Roleplays, but typically, she'll be pretty different in one RP than she is in another. I'd say I mostly just re-use OC's, for the sake of me being able to remember them.
