I think there is a bit of an... Over limit? Idk how to said it, but the fact thats is - as rare as arceus flûte - only usable on level 100 - not usable in breeding Really limit the utility of those item. While I understand the reason, I feel like the level 100 part should be removed. I have also a question about Pokémon whose evolution is depending on stats or nature... How would it work?
