Single post in Caps & Mints

I think I remember the bottlecap one a long time ago, but I was never sure about one for mints and I think there weren't reasonable limits at the time of the original suggestion. I fail to see how itll be game breaking for the mere fact a pokemon must be raised to Level 100 to use one, not to mention the rarity of bottlecaps and mints themselves. We can even do it so there's a differnet mint for each nature and a different cap for each stat to encourage trading and further increase rarity.
