yes, it's ANOTHER FRICKING TEMPLATE. 80s theme babey. background is a bit finicky, which is my own fault i suppose, but i still really like it anyways. it still needs panels and pkmnpanels, but that's it. so...yeah! i have another in the works that's a lot simpler, but it's not done, so i'll post it in another 2 days. see ya
