Single post in Complete Guide to Contests

I'm using Pokeblock III, though my contest stats seem to give a lower score compared to when I used Pokeblock V. Would using Pokeblock II be better, or am I just supposed to save up Pokeblock+? [Also, where are the tournaments where I can win black Pokeblocks?]
