Single post in Image errors!

Apologies if this has been mentioned, I skimmed the last few pages and didn't see anything. This has been bugging me for a while; on the following image, used when your network can't connect to the site: Sally's bottom-left (our left) tooth is drawn on the outside of her mouth, creating the illusion that it's growing there--contradicting the tooth on the other side, which is portrayed as growing from the inside. I believe the tooth should be drawn inside the mouth to remedy this.
