Single post in Codes for Journals

I'd love a task list progress bar! Maybe something that fits in the about me? Rather than the journal? Or both! I have a question though - and I'm not sure if its my post template or what's going on - Here's my gemwish table. The tips are all scrunched up. Any idea what might be causing that? ^^;
