Codes for Journals

Many of us use journals. I just happen to be one of those in the forty pages in the journal forum. I've also made a few tables//codes to use in them and was wondering, maybe others also wanted to use them? credit is appreciated, but not needed c: @ mods, if you feel this topic isn't for the guides forum please either move it or inform me so I can save everything and then delete this!
