That Kinaster breeding is similar to how Phione is made; able to be bred, but not able to evolve into those that created it. That being said, I don't believe it's Kinaster...... It's not able to evolve, and the coloration is a bit far off.... If anything that stone looks like a Psychic type or a Normal type deal.
