Single post in Willow Grove Sprites || FULL

Can I get a Flareon (or any eeveelution) made into a flying-type please? Maybe with bird-like wings and some light blue and white coloration? I know that's a lot to ask, but I don't have tokens, I can give you some GP though... Edit: Caught some minor typos, sorry.
