That pastel purple on the Flarbat line's wings really throws me off, no offense to whoever made it. The Flarbat line has pretty fiery colors except for that... and pastel doesn't make much sense on a fierce-looking Pokemon. Also, it sorta looks like shiny Solynx just gained wings... also I laughed at fawnbreath's comment Edit: It looks like Flarbat is actually a starter...? Judging by its: -Gender ratio (M:F 7:1) -Evolution levels (16 and 36) -3 stages -Fire type -Egg description states 'It seems oddly familiar', which is indicative of a starter Pokemon So... is this the beginning of a PFQ region/starter trio?
