Single post in Site security update

can someone please help me? i know this is probably a really stupid question, but i can't figure out how to upload the images that make up this template :( i have their URLs but i cant figure out how to upload them to the image uploader. i also have 26 custom letters made to go with it that i would like tp upload as well. the URLs of the images for this template are: http://img.pokefarm.org/~pj/arb.png http://img.pokefarm.org/~pj/arb1.png http://img.pokefarm.org/~pj/arb2.png http://img.pokefarm.org/~pj/arb3.png and the letters are basically the same URL but with letters instead of numbers. i really love this template and i paid a shiny for it, so any help would be appreciated ^^"" i looked through all the posts so far, i didnt see any answers that could help with this.
