Pokemon

Lyra
Species: Umbreon Gender: Female Trainer: Raven [Deceased] Appearance: Shiny; wears a red scarf Notable characteristics: Avoids humans; cautious around other Pokemon; knows how to care for herself; very protective of her scarf Moves: Confuse Ray, Toxic, Snarl, Dig Ability: Synchronize Nature: Careful

Bio

Lyra was hatched as a shiny Eevee by her previous trainer, Raven. Lyra's shiny trait surprised Raven, but she didn't give Lyra special treatment for this. Lyra was very fond of Raven, for she soon realized many people treat shiny Pokemon as trophies, parading them around, not truly caring for them, and Raven was most certainly not one of those people. Lyra evolved into an Umbreon one night while Raven was comforting her after a battle she just lost. Raven died several years later by a rock slide on Mt. Silver, taking out the rest of her team as well. Lyra was the sole survivor of this tragic event. The only thing she has left of Raven is the red scarf she gave to all the Pokemon on her team. She treasures it dearly and will go to any lengths to get it back if it is lost or stolen. Lyra has developed distrust towards humans over the years. Because she is on her own, many people attempt to capture her in order to sell her, or worse; and because many of these people use Pokemon in order to capture her, she has become wary of other Pokemon as well. She has also developed a hatred for her being shiny. Lyra is not very good at battling, so in tough situations she confuses her opponents, then digs her way out of trouble. As of now, Lyra is wandering the world, trying to find a safe place for her to live in peace.
Nightshade
Species: Sneasel Gender: Female Trainer: Raven [Alive] Appearance: Wears a leather satchel Notable characteristics: Loves to steal, gets a thrill out of being chased, smarter than she lets on, loves her trainer Moves: Agility, Snatch, Thief, Substitute Ability: Pickpocket Nature: Naughty

Bio

Nightshade was captured by Raven at an early age. Raven used Nightshade in many battles until she replaced the Sneasel with another Pokemon later on. This didn't cause the Sneasel to lose her admiration towards her trainer. This actually caused Nightshade to work harder to impress and appeal to her trainer. Raven decided to send Nightshade out on scour missions, to see if her Pokemon could bring back any valuable items. Nightshade saw these missions as an opportunity to make her trainer proud, and hopefully put her back on the team. In the beginning she had no idea what she was doing; she was lucky to come back with tiny mushrooms. One day, Nightshade observed her trainer teaching her Pokemon new moves with her TMs. Nightshade thought if she learned some new moves, she would do better on her missions. While Raven wasn't looking, Nightshade went into her bag and found her TMs. She didn't know what any of them did, so she just grabbed a couple random ones and mimicked what she saw the other Pokemon doing to learn from these devices. The TMs she grabbed were Thief and Substitute. With her new moves, Nightshade eventually realized she didn't have to find valuable items. She learned that many wild Pokemon, as well as several trainers, obtained treasures. The Sneasel decided to steal items when she went on missions, instead of having to look for them herself. Every time Nightshade came back from a mission, her trainer became ecstatic at the items she came back with. She knew Raven would disapprove of these actions, so she made sure her trainer never found out. Nightshade dreams of adorning a red scarf around her neck, like the rest of Raven's team wears. Nightshade comes from the same trainer Lyra came from, her time is before Raven's tragic accident.
Kallian
Species: Ninetales Gender: Female Trainer: Skye [Alive] Appearance: Wears a black cloak Notable characteristics: Extremely wise, not afraid to step in to help someone weaker, loves her trainer, very protective of Skye and Shadow Moves: Will-O-Wisp, Extrasensory, Inferno, Hex Ability: Drought Nature: Modest

Bio

Kallian was found by Skye as a young Vulpix in the woods near Laverre City several years ago. The Vulpix was lost, confused, and on the verge of starvation. Skye was very protective of the little Vulpix, she always made sure to get back at anyone who harmed Kallian. The young Skye presented Kallian with a gorgeous black cloak after a year of being together. Kallian has treasured it ever since, rarely taking it off. As Skye and Kallian grew older, they decided to go on a journey, like many other trainers do. On their journey through Kalos, the two had eventually came upon a Fire Stone and learned Kallian could evolve if she wished. The two weren't sure if they wanted Kallian to change, so Skye kept the stone safely in her bag until they could come upon a decision. One night, as they were preparing for bed, the two were attacked by several Team Flare members. Although Kallian's level was high, she still didn't stand a chance against them. As Skye was knocked to the ground, Kallian saw the Fire Stone drop out of Skye's bag. She knew she had to evolve if she wanted to be able to protect Skye. She could feel great power erupt within her as her evolution took place; she made quick work of the grunts. From then on, Kallian made it her job to protect Skye, instead of the other way around. Kallian was weary and often annoyed by Shadow, the new addition to their team, however, after watching the little Fennekin do everything in her power to protect Skye when Kallian was unable to, Kallian soon changed her mind about Shadow. She then became fiercely protective of the Fennekin, scorching anyone who would do her harm.

Dusk
Species: Umbreon Gender: Female Trainer: Darius [Released] Appearance: A normal Umbreon with red rings Notable characteristics: Reluctant to dive into danger, prefers to complete missions without the use of force or violence, will do anything to protect herself and Gemini Moves: Bite, Shadow Ball, Moonlight, Confuse Ray Ability: Inner Focus Nature: Quiet

Bio

When Dusk was a young Eevee, she was mistreated by her trainer, Darius. Her trainer was upset Dusk refused to evolve into a Sylveon. She refused to learn any fairy moves, preferring more dark type moves like Bite. One day Dusk fell into Darius' bag and found a TM containing Shadow Ball. Dusk took that TM and learned Shadow Ball, seeing how amazing the move looked when Darius' Dusclops used it. The next battle Darius had with Dusk, she used Shadow Ball instead of Baby-Doll Eyes. The darkness of the new moon on that night empowered her Shadow Ball, sending the Drowzee she was battling to be thrown into the wall. Darius was beside himself. Dusk won the match, but now she had forgotten how to use Baby-Doll Eyes, and learned Shadow Ball instead! In the moment, he was overjoyed. He was lifting Dusk into the air and kissing her, as if he never screamed at her to learn that dumb fairy move and tried to make her something she wasn't. Dusk didn't want to be a Sylveon, all big and colorful, being able to be seen so easily in a crowd. Dusk much preferred to be left unseen, attacking her opponent unawares and easily getting out of danger with a small, slick form. Dusk's feeling of joy and love caused her to evolve into an Umbreon. After her evolution, all joy and kindness was erased from Darius' face. He had wanted a Sylveon, not an Umbreon. He had spent so much time and energy into trying to make her, the only female Eevee he had ever come across, into the perfect Sylveon. He was going to enter her in contests and breed her with the perfect mate. He had told her as much in the two months they'd been together. So when Darius saw Dusk turn into an Umbreon, he was beside himself with rage. Even though Dusk was finally in the form she knew she was meant to be in, Darius refused to accept it. After screaming at her that she ruined months of his life, he broke her Pokeball in half and told her to fend for herself since she was too selfish to do one simple thing for him. With one last glance back at the only trainer she had ever known, Dusk returned to the forests. It was a different forest from her home a few months ago, but still within the Kalos region. After some time relearning the ways of nature, Dusk had finally settled within a nice burrow she called home. She was drinking from a nearby spring when a group of Team Flare grunts were charging through the forest. Dusk was caught unawares within an electric net they threw at her. When she awoke she was trapped within a glass tube that had numerous cables and wires attached. Her Shadow Ball merely dissipated within confined area. With no way to escape, Dusk cowered within the small tube as humans in lab coats poked and prodded at her with different experiments. During one experiment, Dusk overheard the scientists talk about wanting to mega evolve all the evolutions of Eevee. They believed that mega evolving a Pokemon as adaptable as a Pokemon related to Eevee, the energy output would be enormous. Dusk was trapped within that glass tube for weeks, being fed very rarely and only leaving the tube to see to her needs. One day there was a small explosion in another room. Dusk was barely able to lift her head long enough to see the door exploding inward, a bright ray of light enveloping the area. The humans were on the ground, stunned and covering their eyes with their hands at the bright light. Within seconds, the intruder used their psychic powers to destroy the glass tube Dusk was trapped in, the glass flying outward from her, leaving not a scratch on her body. There you are! A jolly voice echoed through Dusk's mind. Follow me! She bellowed, after sending a softer ray of light towards Dusk's body. The light filled Dusk's veins, healing and energizing the injuries and wariness she'd been sustaining. It was as if the Sun itself hugged Dusk in a loving embrace. Dusk looked up, and as her eyes adjusted to the light, she could finally see the Espeon that saved her. Her face had an angelic, bubbly quality that made you want to smile just looking at her. There was a soft jingle that Dusk didn't notice before. With every wave of the Espeon's tail, a soothing clink, clink chimed in the air. Without any more hesitation, Dusk followed the Espeon out of the laboratory. As they ran, Dusk watched as Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Leafeon, and Glaceon were in other parts of the lab, taking out the scientists and saving the Pokemon trapped inside. Once everyone was saved, the Pokemon that were saved went back to their homes, but Dusk stayed behind with the team of Eeveelutions, curious of them. The Espeon that saved her smiled and told her to come with them. Upon arriving to their destination, Dusk took in the large farm with colorful, green fields. Bushes and trees filled with berries of all kinds filled the woods around the farm. There were Eeveelutions all around her. Even more Flareon, Jolteon, even Umbreon like herself! My name is Gemini, and this is my family! The Espeon stated, staring into Dusk's eyes. You could join us, if you wanted. Dusk looked into that soft smile of hers and couldn't say no if she wanted to. And she definitely didn't wanted to. She had longed for a safe place to call home, and with this many of them no one could sneak up on her and catch her for their own gain or experiment on her or anything like that. So Dusk decided to live among them, everyone using their abilities to help each other. "It's nice to meet you Gemini, my name is…" It was at that moment Dusk realized her trainer had never given her a name. So she decided to give one to herself. "Dusk," she stated with a grin. Before Gemini showed her to her home, she brought Dusk to a nearby pond. I think there is something you need to see, she stated, the usual playfulness gone from her tone. With a cock to her head, Dusk approached the reflecting waters of the pond and stared in. What she beheld was slightly surprising. While her eyes stayed the same red hue as they always had been, her rings had taken on a red color as well. "It must have been a side effect of their experiments," Dusk stated, rotating to see that every ring on her body had indeed changed from yellow to red. Are you not…saddened by this? Dusk could feel Gemini's concern. "Not really. I think I'm quite partial to red anyways." A small smile reappeared on Gemini's face at Dusk's response. Well then, I shall show you to your new home, she told Dusk before turning to lead the way, her bell's soft jingle filling the quiet night air with each swish of her tail. Gemini is the one who taught Dusk the move Moonlight. While they were out on a mission to save some baby Eevee, Gemini got hurt. She was unable to use her psychic powers to heal herself, and Morning Sun wasn't as powerful when the sun was set. Dusk was able to use the power of the moon to heal Gemini, saving her from being mortally wounded.

Skye
Gender: Female Age: 16 Birthday: October 17 Likes: Pokemon, computers Dislikes: Too many people Favorite Food: Spicy foods Favorite Possession: The pendant her father gave her Favorite Pokemon: Whichever is strongest Hobbies: Battling, technology Dreams: To become the next Azgil Champion after her father Personality: Cynical and unrelenting

Bio

Skye was raised in Azgil by her father until she went to Kalos for several years to visit her mother. Her mother and Krom had divorced shortly after Skye was born, Krom taking custody of her while her mother moved to Laverre City. As a child in Azgil, she befriended Sorrel, her neighbor. Because their parents were both part of the Elite Four, Sorrel and Skye were often together. They pretended to battle using Poke dolls or just sat and watched their own parents battle. Her father, being in charge of the internet of the entire region, taught Skye as much as he could about the internal framework of the systems. She learned how his Metagross was able to process hundreds of thousands strands of data and reproduce it into something that was comprehensible to the average person. She was fascinated by this. She wanted to learn everything about how modern technology works. She built her first computer when she was seven, utilizing the power of one of Krom’s Beldums. Krom was immensely impressed. Unfortunately, her studies in computer science was cut short once she moved to Laverre; her mother hated modern technology, which is why she moved to Laverre. At the age of ten, Skye left Sorrel and the Azgil region. Krom had given her a red pendant before she left. This pendant enabled him to track as well as communicate with her whenever she needed him. She went to Laverre City to visit her mother. During her time there she encountered a Vulpix, which was to become her first Pokemon. After about a year, her mother allowed her to roam Kalos to find adventure and to grow as a trainer. Skye’s main dream is to become a great trainer like her father, and someday become Champion of the Azgil region. With the addition of Shadow, and several other Pokemon she captured in Kalos, she visited each city and won every gym badge. She made it to the Elite Four and was able to defeat the Champion of Kalos, Diantha. Diantha was impressed by her skills as a trainer, and gave her a Key Stone, which Skye placed in her pendant. Diantha didn’t tell her what the stone did, only that it was able to make the bond between her and her Pokemon stronger. Skye, having become Champion of the Kalos region, had decided it was time to return to the Azgil region so she could finally challenge the Azgil Champion, her father. She knew he wasn’t like any other Champion, but that won’t stop her from defeating him. She had decided to bring back only Kallian and Shadow, leaving the rest of the Pokemon she captured in the Kalos region with her mother.
