~Kai~ Avatar done by panpixel Flarotis design by PFQ Kai is a rather playful and silly Flarotis. He often enjoys lazing about or flapping his wings back into a "cape". He maintains that he enjoys being silly and therefore doesn't want to evolve... but honestly he just doesn't want the responsibility of being a Flaroptera. They are a more elegant and regal sort of crowd. Kai would rather have the freedom to be himself. That is, after all, why he dyed his wing feathers light blue.
