I click on an approximately 1:1 ratio, and will go into fields until I have met or surpassed what I have been clicked. I make more interaction points from going into fields to meet or surpass 6-clickers who don't have 6 in their party than I miss from only clicking enough to clear the list of people who click less than 6. So, in the long run, you're only hurting yourself.
