If it's inside a trade group, neat! If its name doesn't have a prize attached, you are free to offer anything at all! Also always feel free to counter-offer if you feel like you cannot afford a Pokémon, I am always willing to negotiate!
If it's not inside a trade group, that means I am not or only hesitantly willing to part with it. By all means, feel free to offer, but chances are I will decline! I am always willing to breed Pokémon for you if they are breedable, or go on shelter hunts for you :)
