Masks Everyday a new lie is told, people try to hide who they are. A mask is a person’s best disguise it can show you a lie that can be the truth. My masks hold many lies the one I use the most hide pain, fear, anger, sadness, and the feeling of being lost in a world where people like you only existed in books. I wonder how the world in my heart is different from the world outside me. People get to say things like 'get your head out of the clouds,' but why? Do they fear those that try to listen to their hearts? What do you hide behind you mask? Why should we wear masks? Do you want me to be you or do I want to be you? When I awoke this morning, I put on my mask and buried my true heart.
