Beside pokemon I also like genshin impact, yttd, kny, fnaf (haven't read the books), hollow knight and stardew valley.
The only place where I have money is Stardew Valley.

I am 19 years old and I have the health issues of an old granny, because of not moving most of the time when I was a teen, and I don't wish that on anybody.
I know it's hard especially if you studying somewhere or have a job where you need to sit a lot, but please find a time to move. There is a lot of exercises you can do, find what's okay with you and try to do something daily. 
)
By the way, research what you doing first, if it's just a random exercises that wasn't recommended to you personally from a health professional, you can actually hurt yourself.
Don't forget to get off your set or at least shift your position from time to time.
If you can move - move, you not a tree.
