Been playing for a few months and i reached quite a good pokedex without paying a single penny, which is a lot for a free website. Yes hypermode makes life easier but you can get it without paying real currency and is not that necessary for a laid back play. It's really cool to see the variations to pokemons and fakemons, tapping is quite relaxing. Also there is a very nice community.
