This is what the farm calls "the man." Specifically stylized as the man. Not The man, The Man, or the Man, just the man. Sure, the man is a girl, but she is still called the man. What is the man's purpose on the farm? the man is like the CEO of the farm. Here on the field, "THE MEN", yes, also stylized as THE MEN, every pokemon on the field has a unique description. the man isn't seen on the farm very often by the other pokemon, other than THE MEN. THE MEN are basically her guards of some sort. Though, there is not much that the man has to keep secret. the man is only a simple pikachu. Though, the man is only the man. There is nothing else to it. THE MEN are the ones that tend to the farm, monitoring everybody on the farm in place of their trainer. Like a bunch of toddlers stacked up in a trenchcoat, they try their best. "I am the man, everybody knows my name." Said the man.
