Type: Gender: 50% ♂ / 50% ♀ Height 1'08" / 0.5m Pokedex Color: Pink/Purple Body Style: Spritbat is a dual Fairy/Dragon type pokemon discovered by trainer Rylee in Kalos. It evolves into Aromavern at level 48. BIOLOGY Spritbat is a pink bat-like pokemon that is confirmed to be a hybrid of a Spritzee and a Noibat. It's covered in fluffy fur all over it's body except for it's hands and feet. It has large ears that resemble loudspeakers. It's face has red eyes with long eyelashes, a white nose, pink heart-shaped cheeks and yellow eyebrows that match the tufts of fur on it's ears. ORIGIN Since only one Spritbat egg has been discovered in the wild so far, not much is known about it. However, after much research and testing in the region of Conia, it has beed found that the egg of a Spritbat can be hatched by a female Aromatisse with the help of a male Noivern. The first Spritbat egg was found by trainer Rylee in a small patch of pink flowers surrounded by large stones in Geosenge Town, Kalos. The first found Spritbat egg was smaller than the average pokemon egg, and was a light pink color with a purple bottom and a white, heart-shaped spot that resembles the pokemon's nose. Trainer Rylee also noted that the egg was shiny like a jewel and had a faint glow, and that's what made it catch her eye. You'll know when a Spritbat is about to hatch when the glow of the egg grows harsher and you'll hear the signature coo of the Spritbat coming from it. When a Spritbat hatches from it's egg, pink light will emerge from it as it cracks. The shell of the egg will fall around the Spritbat along with some extra fluff it has shed while inside the egg. The freshly hatched pokemon will also let off a pleasent smell, much like it's Spritzee ancestors. It smells flowery and fruity, but it's hard to put a finger on what exactly. HABITAT *since Spritbats are not found in the wild, this information was taken from the first one hatched, Roma, owned by Trainer Rylee.* Spritbats are drawn to Caves, much like their Noibat ancestors. However, at night, they seem to enjoy leaving caves and sitting in fields of flowers or in berry trees. They prefer darkness, however are not nocturnal and have no problem being out in the sunlight. When out in the light, however, Spritbats are prone to hiding in things like flower patches and bushes. It seems they think they blend into them well. MOVESET: Baby-doll Eyes - Always goes first. Lowers the target's attack. Fairy Wind - The user stirs up a fairy wind and strikes the target with it. Dragon Dance - Raises user's Attack and Speed. Peck - The target is jabbed with a sharply pointed beak.
