Owner of the Cloud Café! And no, the café wasn't named after him, she simply named it after the nearby geography, somehow not noticing the correlation between the shop name and his own! Cloud is a bit of an airhead! Before working at the Cloud Café, she did plenty of other jobs for people. One of the more notable ones was essentially being a poké taxi, where he carried flightless pokémon to their destinations! Unfortunately, after an accident with Charlotte the gardevoir, Cloud was fired and forced to find a new job. She had had enough of getting fired at every place she worked at, and so, he started the Cloud Café! Disclaimer: She doesn't actually serve or make anything! He just cleans the dishes, so as to prevent himself from burning the food or spilling hot drinks on the customers!
