Suggestion Title: Reset EXP
Suggestion Summary:add the ability to pay gp or credits to reset a pokemon exp to 0 and its level to 1.
Positive points: people love when there pokemon have no exp and are level one. it looks cleaner.
Negative points: i have no idea if sally can do it.
Reason For Consideration: it would be a fun feature. you can reset your pokedex, why not your pokemon

I think that's a bit on the expensive side and was looking more at like 20GP for one.

I'm going to place this suggestion in rejected since we're not going to implement the reduction of levels / exp in the way that was put forward in the suggestion.
