[Premature] Z-Powered Pokemon (Restricted to certain Pokemon)

No support. There is functionally no purpose for this. Pokemon surrounded with Z-Power don't add to the PokeDex, much unlike Mega Evolved Pokemon. Maybe as a custom sprite, sure, it could be cute, but... as a feature in general, no. There's also no logical explanation for this. Z-Power is something that can only be triggered with a Z-Ring, a Z-Crystal, and a battle move. It's not something which could feasibly last a long time, especially since PFQ isn't about battling. Maybe it could be added in when the Dojo and Battling swings around again, but for now, it seems like unneeded work. Not even counting how it's quite hasty to ask for something involving Z-Moves when we don't even have the bulk of AlolaMons in yet.
