How do you get Milcery swirl

I have one of the sweets that you give to Milcery. But I don't know how to have it spun while it holding it. Can someone help me with that?

Have the Pokemon hold the sweet and then go to the dress up feature. The dress up feature has a rotation tool above the Pokemon. You use that tool to spin the Pokemon in question. A fun fact. If you look here, you can get different types of Alcremie depending on a few factors such as the direction you spin it, the time and how many times you spin it.
