Increase Dress Up/ Contest layers by 1

Currently the layer/accessory limit for Dress Up and Contests is 32, which is nice and round. The issue is that the pokemon you’re decorating counts as a layer, so if you’re trying to do 4 groups of 8 decorations the last group will be missing a decoration. This can be very infuriating, especially in Contests when you want to make a symmetrical design to make it look nice. Pros: Would allow for more symmetrical designs, especially where Contests are concerned. Cons: I don’t know how the accessory limit is stored, so that might be an issue?

god please. i was dressing up my contest submission yesterday and ran out of slows so fast! i wasnt even close to finished with my vision :(
