Profile Boxes Messed Up

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but my friends and I were playing Pokefarm on one of their laptops until we started joking around. Eventually, one of the friends must've hit something that messed up the party boxes on profiles because some are half the size they were while others are double.
I've tried to use the keyboard shortcuts to fix it thinking it was just a view issue but nothing is working! I've looked everywhere and I couldn't find a single solution. DOes anyone have a solution to this?

Can you post a screenshot?
My top guess is a zoom level setting. On Windows, try pressing Ctrl+0 to revert to default zoom. (On Mac, I think it's Cmd+0?)
Edit, you were right, it was a zoom issue. We didnt realize the zoom had gotten tampered with when the keys got hit, thank you for suggesting it, we wouldve never known otherwise T0T
