Hello, it has been two days now where i cant finish my adoption, i still have four adoption left but cant adopt anymore.
I have screenshot if necessary

There should be a show action costs button on the shelter which'll show info a bit like this
With your four points you couldn't adopt another unknown egg, which would be why you are experiencing this ^^
example
Adoption costs are based on whether it is an Egg or a Pokémon, and whether or not you have registered it in your Dex:
Adopt known Pokémon: 1 point
Adopt known Egg: 2 points
Adopt unknown Pokémon: 4 points
Adopt unknown Egg: 6 points
You can tell if an Egg or Pokémon is "known" because it will show you its name when you select it. Unknown ones will just show "Egg" or "Pokémon".
With your current budget of 168 points, you can afford:
168 known Pokémon, or
84 known Egg(s), or
42 unknown Pokémon, or
28 unknown Egg(s)
... or any combination of the above.
