change location of purchase albino radar button

i usually recharge my radar at work, or coming home from work when im pretty distracted, and i think that the purchase radar button being first is just a weird spot, because of the amount of times i've almost bought an entirely new radar instead of charging my current one. would there be a way to move it off the top of the page once you've purchased one?

(Not speaking as a mod) Huge support! I have done this myself honestly. It was a kind of "oh I guess i have an albino radar to swap for credits" moment but now that IP will be used for a few other key features id love to see the buttons nudged a bit to prevent this from happening.
