Fishing bugged on PC but not mobile

This error has been appearing for months on my fishing tab, I fished on mobile once and its never allowed me to fish on PC since, i've done all kinds of troubleshooting, closing all mobile and PC tabs, clearing cookies and cashe on both, entering and exiting the fishing hut on mobile, nothing has worked.
with the new tourney being based around fishing i thought it would be smart to bring this up again as my last thread on the issue was largely ignored.- Dogs

bumping after nearly a month, error is still appearing, and no solution found.
bumping again at nearly another month, i got an entirely new phone and cleared all cashe from my last one and still getting the error
I'm guessing there isn't any development with figuring this out? I kinda figured it was a pretty unique issue...
