EXP delay item in daycare

SUGGESTION: Add an item along the veins of the DayCare EXP Booster that, instead of making the delay between EXP smaller, makes it bigger. Literally just a reverse EXP booster. REASONING: Because you have repeatedly denied actually having the EXP lock work in the daycare because "you have to have consequences for breeding" despite the fact that the ENTIRE GAME is about breeding, we go with the next best thing! This! PROS: People who don't want their dittos to level up would not have them level up... as fast. If you don't want the item then just don't buy it. It's on optional feature. CONS: Expensive item. Would probably take a while to code?
