Userbase Poll: "Hypermode-Lite"

This is regarding the potential "tiered" Hypermode a number of players have suggested in this announcement about the ZC rebalance, and which is being discussed in detail in this Suggestion thread. Proposed features of HM-Lite:

• 20% EXP boost (full HM is 40%)
• Max PokéRadar chain of 39 (full HM is 40, for an additional doubling of the odds)
• 12 DayCare adopts (full HM is now 24)
• 5% GP discount (full HM is 10%)
• 2 Free Legendary Seals (ful HM is 5)
• 200 Free GP (full HM is 500)
• 10% Albino Radar IP discount (full HM is now 20%)
• A 2-hour wait to release Pokémon (full HM is just 1 hour)

Proposed price per month of HM-Lite: 250-350 ZC (Edit: We're currently leaning towards 280 ZC; 10 ZC per day.) Note: Any such "HM-Lite" would not have the bulk purchase discount of the full HM price. We wouldn't want to lock buyers into a year of a lesser HM when they might want to upgrade after a month or two, and a second "voucher" system such as HM currently has would not be feasible.
