Suggestion Title: on-site notification when a staff member replies to a ticket from the support centre
Suggestion Summary: so, when you contact the staff, you have to go to the support centre and open a ticket, right?
unless your email is always open or you constantly check the said ticket, you won't know if a staff member has responded.
Positive points: faster troubleshooting
Negative points: i'm not sure atm
Reason For Consideration: i forgot about my ticket after waiting for a response, and so i proceeded to do other stuff. if it wasn't because i casually opened my email, i wouldn't have known that a moderator had already contacted me.

I don't see a need?
How many people are going to forget for long term they have a ticket open? I've used numerous ticket systems, and exactly zero of them use a feature to ping you on site/elsewhere when you get a reply.
