Toggle Albino Radar Notification

Just a tiny quality of life change, but now that the Albino Radar doesn’t need to be charged every day to maintain its effectiveness, it’d be nice to be able to switch/toggle the notification ‘off’ if you’re not hunting albinos. Essentially just like the Daycare or Lab (except with the default here presumably being ‘do send a notification’).
