"This is getting scary." - Brightheart The creature's eyes grew closer, as well as the now slower sound of its clawed feet scraping against the rocks and loose dirt of the cavern's floor. Your thoughts, again, seemed to reach it, causing it to hesitate. It seemed to understand each individual word, most notably 'scary', but did not know the reason it heard the string of words together, nor who it came from. It made a low rumbling noise in its throat, the tone more alert than threatening. With a few seconds of deliberation, it proceeded forward curiously. Its rough purple body gradually became more visible from the light of the crystals. Dirty claws gingerly touched the ground as it swiveled its head around to look about its surroundings. The impish creature appeared to be acquainted with the sights of the crystals - definitely more than your minute or so of being in this place. You could tell from the small chunks of the same, but duller, material jutting from its eyes, chest, and back. Furthermore, the eyes, although enamored with the sight of such large amounts of the crystal in the room, seemed to be looking for something else instead. You know now you have no body, but it doesn't stop you from feeling on edge in response to this sight. You still don't know what to make of this creature. Frankly, you aren't sure why you feel so attached to the egg in front of you in the first place. You decide to speak up, regardless, knowing that your words are all you have. You take a second to quickly think before saying...
