He has a unique trait, where when he blinks, all lights flash depending how long his eyes are closed, he can also go invisible. Whenever he speaks, he occasionally stutters due to malfunctions that he deems perfection, he also doesn't speak full sentences. (here is an example of how he speaks) "Taxes... Fraud... Him... IRS..." or "Please, get out-out-out of my house-se-se-se."
