Yes, I've finally had the chance to program the Shiny Hunting page! Now you can finally use those Shiny Charms of yours! (You do have one, right? If not, get one here!) The page also shows other information - it's a bit primitive at the moment, but it works. Also, to celebrate Shiny Charms being usable, today will be a 10% Sei Bonus day!
