No limit. All my Pokemon (except for a few account locked ones) are up for dex trade (UFDT) anytime. Regular and mega pokedexes free. Shinies and mega legendaries = small fee (usually a small gem/1GP per dex). Shiny megas & Totems a bit more (3-5 small gems/3-5GP each). Most legendary forme changers (exceptions below) are a bit more again (5 small gems/10GP each). Arceus plates, Silvally memories & MELANS trade for more.
