THE HIVE (A Bug-Type Clan)

Welcome!

Hello & welcome, insect enthusiasts, to THE HIVE! This is a place for users who enjoy Bugs to hang out, talk & have fun! User bugology created the original HIVE Clan as a place for all Bug-lovers to share in their love for Bugs! User skiddo remade the thread as a V2 to the original to keep the original Clan alive! I, Juku, have made a V3 of the Clan in order to do the same! As was with V2, I plan on keeping everything nearly identical, while managing the Clan as actively as I can! Check out the Tabs below for more information & stay for a (Bug) Bite!

How Do I Join?

Joining THE HIVE is easy! There's no form or password or anything! Just send me a PM telling me that you'd like to join the Clan & what your favorite Bug-Type Pokémon is! Once you've been accepted into the Clan, feel free to make an introduction post so we can get to know you a little bit! You can include things like your favorite Bug-Type Pokémon, your favorite real life bugs, any Bug-Types you collect here on PokéFarm, or anything else you'd like to share! Or, if you're a veteran from either of the first two Versions of the Clan, leave a post to remind everyone who you are! ^v^ If, for any reason, you want to leave THE HIVE, just let me know! I'll take you off the members list, as simple as that!

A showcase for all the wonderful Bug-related art our members make! If you want your art to be shown in the Gallery, just post it in in the thread and I'll add it in! All artists maintain ownership/copyright of their art; if you would like to use any piece that was not created by you for any purpose, you must get explicit permission from its original creator. Please respect their decisions on this matter; it is their art, after all! Grumb, the grub Pokemon, a very gluttonous vermin, it won't stop eating until it's ready to evolve.

Pottacotta

Pottacotta, the cocoon Pokemon, a pokemon encased in a material very similar to hardened clay, Pottacotta hide away in damp place so it can't get chipped by predators.

Elepheetle

Elepheetle, the beetle Pokemon, much like real world elephants, its sucks up water with its trunk-like horn, and blows water out of it. Many small pokemon love to ride it.

Inchercise

Inchercise, the worm Pokemon, it trains 24/7 to becomes a more powerful pokemon, though... due to its lack of speed, its not a big deal in battle.

Morphitnes

Morphitnes, the fit trainer Pokemon, after Inchercise goes through many rugged times in training, it becomes a Morphitnes, a pokemon despite its dainty appearance, can pack quite the punch (or kick!)

Escarhypno

Escarhypno, the hypno snail Pokemon, Escarhypno possesses advanced use of hypnotism, which it uses on predators to make it seem that the delectable mon is disgusting in taste, or to most trainers who find it ugly, to make it look like an adorable must-catch.

Concrete Wasp + Nest Fakémon

A line based on concrete wasps, plus a shedinja knockoff based on the nest now possessed by the grudges of the undead!

Parasitic (Gummy) Worm Fakémon

This line isn't bug type, but it's based on parasitic worms! Which are also gummy worms!

Speech Bubble Mosquito Fakémon

Finally a normal/bug line, the first stage is larva with a speech bubble motif, while the evo is a mosquito with a shock/exclamation bubble motif!

Dodustie, Cloakoon, and Dodustra - Moth Fakémon

Dodustie, Cloakoon, and Dodustra! They're generic moth pokemon and are supposed to be the regional bugs like Caterpie, Wurmple, or Blipbug. Dodustie and Cloakoon are pure Bug, while Dodustra is Bug/Flying!

I'll do the honors and make the first introduction post! Hello, everyone! I'm Juku, and I'm the new manager of V3 of THE HIVE! As some of you have probably seen from the V2 thread, I am a massive fan of Bugs, both inside and outside of Pokémon. My favorite Bug-Type Pokémon is Joltik, and I'm a fan of many Bugs IRL, but if I had to pick one... I'd go for weevils, because they're goofy. ...Yes, even the giraffe weevil. Big, long-necked boy. I'm going to try my absolute hardest to manage this thread as best I can! Once again, I can only give my thanks to both bugology and skiddo for their dedication to the original V1 and V2 of THE HIVE, and I hope that my management can even come close to theirs. Welcome, everyone, to THE HIVE V3! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I'll enjoy yours. I look forward to the future of this thread! ^.^ - Juku

Awesome! Glad to see you return, Caramel! I've tried to preserve all of your art from the previous thread, but the two snail images seem to lead to broken links. Do you have them still, and if so, would you like me to add them back? Let me know! ^.^

Heyo! I joined during the V2 days- favorite Bug types include the Golisopod, Galvantula, and Volcarona lines, as well as Kleavor!

Petition in my bio to get a 6-element monster in My Singing Monsters! Any signatures are greatly appreciated, this game has been my special interest for half of my life, and I feel a need to rise up against what I and many others feel is a massive injustice on the part of Big Blue Bubble.
