It's not actually true- it won't be until the tag #BlackLivesMatter doesn't need to be said. Human lives includes the lives of people of color, and queer people, and saying "all lives matter" completely undermines that struggle by saying "we're all suffering together!" No. We're not. And that's the problem. ALL cops are complicit. And black lives MATTER. You're not being nice, or helpful, you're perpetuating a racist standard. Go change your bio.
