SAI - Draw/finish every frame seperatedly on a masssive canvas. - Make gold/silver/bronze alts - Screenshot at 400% - Cut/crop/remove background for transparancy for each frame - Save all of them seperately (between 6 to 20 seperate files..) GIMP - Open all frames in order - Check if the animation works (this is the first step where I got to see if the animation even looked right...) - If anything is wrong, go back to SAI and redo all of the previous steps - Repeat till it looks right - Add (replace) to every layer. Adjust every layers speed in ms and rename the layers (100ms) (50 ms) (etc.) - Export as gif, repeat 3 times for each color I recommend STRONGLY not to copy my inefficient workflow that I used for these back in the day.
